We want shopping with Nextarlo to be straightforward and convenient. We currently provide free shipping throughout the United Arab Emirates, helping customers enjoy our collection without a standard UAE shipping charge.
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, and our estimated total shipping time is approximately 1 to 3 business days within the UAE. Our daily order cut-off time is 9:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST), UTC+4. Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days from the date they are received, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund is processed within 7 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to make refunded funds available.
Because perfume is a personal-use product, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, used, or had their original seal removed generally cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, except where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
