14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The product must also be in resalable condition with all original labels, seals, and packaging intact.

Perfume & Fragrance Returns

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, used, or have had their original seal removed cannot normally be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at Info@nextarlo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order details and the reason for your return. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Please do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, sprayed, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
