All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.

If we are unable to fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer free shipping throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, with an estimated total shipping time of 1 to 3 business days.

Our daily order cut-off time is 9:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST), UTC+4.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, used, or had their original seal removed may not be eligible for return, except where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue so we can review your request.
